How long does onboarding take?
Onboarding is usually taken care of in around 30 days, though the exact timing depends on factors like team size, the state of your current systems, and how much migration is involved.
Can you take over from our current IT provider?
Yes — we do this every month. We’ll handle the handover end-to-end: documentation transfer, password rotation, and vendor switchovers.
What’s your typical response time?
Most tickets are picked up within a few minutes during business hours, and production-down emergencies are handled around the clock. You’re always welcome to call us for immediate assistance.
Do you support after-hours emergencies?
Yes. 24/7 emergency response is included for production-down issues. Standard requests are handled M–F 9–5 PT.
What if we have multiple offices?
We support multi-location businesses across the Greater LA area. Pricing is per workstation regardless of location.
What if we just need help with one project?
Project work — cloud migrations, office moves, security assessments, network installs — is offered to clients who are onboarded with our managed services. We can also plan a project and onboarding to run side-by-side. Reach out and we’ll be more than happy to help.
